Limi Valley Trek will take you to one of the restricted and remote regions of Nepal. This trek will provide you an authentic wilderness in the Himalayas. The valley is extended from the border of the Himalayan pass, Hilsa and Chang La between Nepal and Tibet, and is tucked deep in the wilderness of Humla. The trail will include several ascends & descends, dense forests, beautiful waterfalls, hot springs, barley & buckwheat fields, and lovely small villages. We will get to witness panoramic views of Mt. Saipal (7,031 m), Mt. Kailash (6,638 m), and other numerous mountains. Moreover, this trek will also present us wildlife like the hare, Himalayan black bear, blue sheep, wild yak, marmot, and wolf. The main source of income for people living in this region is animal husbandry. They also do trading once in a while. As the region is untouched by the modernization, the culture and tradition are well preserved. People are still following the way of living and practices as they used to do hundreds of years ago. This is an ideal trek for the individual looking to have an adventurous trip in a not crowded region of the Himalayas.
