Day 01 : Arrival
Arrive at Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu. Our representatives will receive you at the airport and conduct the hotel transfer.

Day 02 : Kathmandusightseeing &Nagarkot
First off, you’ll be meeting your tour guide at the hotel, and a small trip briefing session will be held. After this, you’ll start your sightseeing program for the day.
Places to visit:
Visit Swyambhunath Stupa a.k.a the Monkey temple and learn about the history & significance of this UNESCO monument. See the mains stupa and the chaityas, see the monks in their robes going through their daily schedule, and see the monkeys that inhabit this sacred site.
Chandragiri Hill is a rather recent attraction that opened in Kathmandu. Overlooking Kathmandu valley at an altitude of 2,551 meters above sea level, Chandragiri is one of the finest vantage points nearby Kathmandu for mountain viewing. The elevation ensures amazing views of LangtangRi& Ganesh Himal, and of course, of the valley laid out below. An amazing cable car journey from the station down in Thankot takes you to Chandragiri in around 15 minutes with you suspended in air all the while! See the BhaleshworMahadev Temple, have your lunch at the viewtower restaurant, take awesome selfies with the mountains arrayed behind you.
Take the cable-car back to Thankot station and drive straight to Nagarkot, which should take around 90 minutes. Transfer to Hotel Country Villa on arrival. Spend the evening at leisure at this hillstation and see amazing mountain views of the Himalayan range.
Nagarkot is a popular hillstation in the outskirts of Kathmandu valley, at 2200 meters altitude, which is popular for having Nepal’s best sunrise view and Himalayan panorama. It is a good place to lay back in a couch and enjoy the scenes with a coffee at hand! Nagarkot is also a popular hiking destination, with hikes lasting 1 hours to well over 2 days. Or you can hire bikes from your hotel and explore. Or you can simply sit in the balcony and enjoy the scenes Nagarkot has to offer.

Day 03 : Bhaktapur visit, Dhulikhel&Namobuddha
Enjoy the sunrise and mountain viewing at Nagarkot, and then have your breakfast. Spend the morning at leisure. Check-out from Nagarkot, and start the day’s sightseeing program.
Visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square, one of the three durbar squares in Kathmandu valley. Listed as an UNESCO world heritage site, the durbar square was the capital for the medieval kingdom of Bhadgaon, or Bhaktapur. The area was once considered the most preserved of the three durbar squares, but sadly the April 2015 earthquake had some severe impacts on the old buildings. Now you can see retrofitting and reconstruction works going on in the area. But still most temples, monuments and chowks are fit to be visited. Visit the popular Nyatapola and Bhairanath Temples, and also the famous Potters’ Square where you can see the local artisans using traditional methods to make pottery.
Dhulikhelis a popular hillstation beyond Nagarkot, which is popular for the scattering of typical Newari villages in the area, and for the excellent 180 degree’s panorama of the Himalaya showcasing peaks like LangtangLirung, Gauri Shankar and Melungtse, and even Mt. Everest to the far east. Dhulikhel is a pleasant retreat from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu. The nearby village has a multitude of temples and monuments and local markets, perfect for sightseeing. The thousand steps leading to the Kali Temple also shouldn’t be missed!
Then drive to Namobuddha. Namobuddhais a popular hillstation in the outskirts of Kathmandu, at 2200 meters altitude, which is popular for its tranquil environment. Explore the forests and the local monastery.

Day 04 : Drive to Chitwan
Have your breakfast early and drive to Chitwan National Park. The drive should take around 5-6 hours.
An UNESCO world heritage site, Chitwan National Park is one of Asia’s best and most popular wildlife viewing areas. Famed for its population of the extremely rare One-Horned Rhinos and the even rare Royal Bengal Tigers, Chitwan hosts an unbelievably diverse flora and fauna. The most iconic of Chitwan’s species is the Asiatic Elephants who roam these jungles at leisure. Chitwan National Park also hosts hal-a-dozen buffer zones, which are living museums of perfectly preserved Tharu culture, customs and traditions. At Chitwan, one has to see a Tharu cultural performance. Tourists can also enjoy elephant riding, jeep-safari, canoeing, bird-watching and visits to Gharial & Elephant breeding centers.
Transfer to a hotel in Sauraha, Chitwan, on arrival. Spend the afternoon at leisure. Attend a Tharu cultural performance in the evening.

Day 05 : Jungle Activities
Hike to the nearby Rapti River in the morning and get on your canoes. Your expert jungle guide will navigate you alongside the river bank, giving you ample opportunities to see some amazing species of migratory birds and the popular Gharial Crocodiles basking in the morning sun.
Then meet your elephants, befriend them, and get on top for your jungle safari. Feel mighty atop the world’s mightiest animal. You’ll be seeing lots of rhinos, stags and maybe even the Royal Bengal tigers.
Next will be a jeep drive which will take you deep into the jungle, where the chances of seeing the tigers and other rare species are higher. On the specially modified local vehicles, experience the adrenaline! Also drive around the popular BisHajari (Two Thousand) Lakes, and see the majority of Chitwan’s bird species.
Next will be an ox-cart ride. Get on your carts pulled by live oxen and visit the nearby Tharu village. Also visit the Tharu Ethnic Museum and interact with the locals.
Ox-cart back to the resort.

Day 06 : Drive to Lumbini, sightseeing
Start early and drive to Lumbini (Bhairahawa), a 3-4 hours’ drive. Lumbini, once the center of the ancient Shakya Kingdom, is the renowned birthplace of Gautama Buddha, a then Shakya prince. Transfer to your hotel in Bhairahawa, freshen up, and drive to the Lumbini Heritage Area which is nearby. At this point, you will be leaving your vehicle behind. Get on your rickshaws and explore the huge heritage site, also an UNESCO world heritage site, till late afternoon. Then drive back to your hotel.
Day 07 : Sightseeing, Tilaurakot
Visit the heritage site in the morning and see monks and other religious people doing their prayers and chants. Then explore Bhairahawa and the Lumbini locale, do some local shopping, meet the locals, or even explore the streets on a rickshaw.
In the afternoon, drive to the nearby Tilaurakot, the famed homeland of Buddha’s mother Mayadevi. Explore the ruins of the ancient houses and explore the local town. Drive back to your hotel in Bhairahawa. Overnight stay in Bhairahawa.
Day 08 : Drive back to Kathmandu
Leave Bhairahawa early and drive to Kathmandu, should take around 8-9 hours’. Direct transfer to your hotel on arrival. Spend the afternoon at leisure. Walking around the streets of Thamel and doing some local shopping is recommended.

Day 09 : Airport transfer & departure
Our departure team will receive you at the hotel and will drop you at the airport 3 hours prior to your departure flight.
